Basketball Recap: Winside Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Winside took on Randolph on Monday. The Winside Wildcats took a blow against the Randolph Cardinals, falling 76-49. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-44 back in January.

Winside lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Caleb Offner, who posted 13 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Jayden Aschoff, who on his way to 18 points.

Winside's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Randolph, their win bumped their record up to 10-14.

As of now, neither Winside nor Randolph have any future games scheduled.
