Basketball Recap: CHASE Takes a Loss

CHASE lost to Bethany Christian back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Conquerors had to suffer through a 77-47 loss at the hands of Bethany Christian. The Conquerors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nathaniel Byers produced another solid effort shooting 54% from the field on his way to 37 points for Bethany Christian. Those 37 points gave Byers a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Micah Wise, who went 7-for-17 to rack up 21 points.

CHASE's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Bethany Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

Coming up, CHASE will welcome More Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bethany Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Faith Baptist at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
