It was a good run, but Chattahoochee County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Taylor County Vikings by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Chattahoochee County sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 23-25, 15-9.

Chattahoochee County now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Taylor County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-2.
