Volleyball Recap: Huntington North Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Huntington North entered their tilt with Goshen on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the RedHawks. For the Vikings, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 victory the RedHawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Huntington North's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Myah Eltzroth led the charge by getting 13 assists and two aces. Another player making a difference was McKenzie DeHaven, who had 12 digs.

Huntington North's win bumped their record up to 11-17. As for Goshen, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-19.

Huntington North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Bellmont on the 7th. As for Goshen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Bethany Christian on the 7th.
