Basketball Recap: Stansbury Comes Up Short

Stansbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. The match between them and the Snow Canyon Warriors didn't end well, with the Stansbury Stallions falling 63-47.

Snow Canyon's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gil Lamoreaux led the charge by going 5 for 9 on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Reggie Mackay, who almost dropped a triple-double on 14 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.

Stansbury's record now sits at 2-11. As for Snow Canyon, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-11.
