Football Recap: Leyton Starts off Right with Win over Fleming + How To Watch

Leyton had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They took down the Fleming Wildcats 36-20. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leyton found their leader in sophomore Colt Van Anne, who rushed for 79 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries, and also picked up 48 receiving yards and one TD.

Looking ahead, Leyton will be playing at home against Sioux County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fleming, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Wauneta-Palisade at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
