Softball Recap: Whiteland Warriors vs. Brownstown Central Braves
After only two runs in their last contest, Whiteland made sure to put some runs up on the board against Brownstown Central on Saturday. The Warriors came out on top against the Braves by a score of 10-7. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Braves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Kiley Sullivan made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
