Volleyball Recap: Aransas Pass Takes a Loss

Aransas Pass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the San Diego Vaqueros, falling 3-0. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Vaqueros when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-13.

Exodus Wallace paced Aransas Pass' offense, picking up seven kills. Wallace got some help from Tyrain Wallace and her 13 assists.

Aransas Pass' loss dropped their record down to 7-20. As for San Diego, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Aransas Pass and George West will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Diego, they will square off against Falfurrias at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
