Ridgewood typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday West Chicago proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rebels. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

While West Chicago won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 28-26.

Taylor Frake paced West Chicago's offense, picking up ten kills. Frake got some help from Grace Kuehn and her nine assists. Gracie Perry and Gabbie Newell kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

West Chicago's victory bumped their record up to 11-17. As for Ridgewood, their defeat ended a nine-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-6.
