Northside strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Washington Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-3 on Saturday.

Conner Amos and Adan Gallegos did most of the damage at the plate: Amos went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases and two runs, while Gallegos went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those two doubles gave Gallegos a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nicholas Juarez, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Northside always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .692. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .593 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Northside pushed their record up to 18-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Washington, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-4.
