UMS-Wright Prep waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the LeFlore Rattlers a 21-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten contests by 11 runs or more so far this season.
Parker Abston was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024.
