Hmong American Peace Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Madison East on Saturday. Hmong American Peace Academy came out on top against Madison East by a score of 2-0.

Hmong American Peace Academy didn't let Madison East take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-22.

Hmong American Peace Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Madison East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Hmong American Peace Academy will face off against Oconomowoc at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Madison East, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Kenosha Bradford on the 4th.
