Basketball Recap: Perham Comes Up Short

Perham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 51-42 to the Pequot Lakes Patriots. The match marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Perham's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Pequot Lakes, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Perham will face off against Breckenridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pequot Lakes, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-26 win against Foley on the 17th.
