Basketball Game Preview: Atlanta Area School for the Deaf Panthers vs. N.C. School for the Deaf Bears

The Atlanta Area School for the Deaf Panthers and the N.C. School for the Deaf Bears will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Atlanta Area School for the Deaf will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Atlanta Area School for the Deaf lost 51-25 to Howard on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, N.C. School for the Deaf didn't have quite enough to beat Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf on Tuesday and fell 53-51.

N.C. School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Atlanta Area School for the Deaf, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Atlanta Area School for the Deaf was able to grind out a solid victory over N.C. School for the Deaf when the teams last played back in January of 2020, winning 68-61. The rematch might be a little tougher for Atlanta Area School for the Deaf since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
