Pocono Mountain East hadn't done well against Pocono Mountain West recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Cardinals took down the Panthers 35-21. For the Cardinals, this counts as revenge for the 17-13 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

A big part of Pocono Mountain East's win came down to the chemistry between Ceejay Serfass and his top target Justin Williams. Serfass threw for 107 yards and three TDs while Williams picked up 83 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those three receiving touchdowns gave Williams a new career-high.

Pocono Mountain East was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 255 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 150 rushing yards in four consecutive games.

Pocono Mountain East's record is now 7-3. As for Pocono Mountain West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
