Softball Recap: Fowler Redcats vs. Sanger West Hornets
Fowler unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 15-6 to the Sanger West Hornets on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Redcats have suffered since April 10, 2024.
Mckenzie Monis made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Andreya Mendoza was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
