Recap: Udall Eagles vs. Cedar Vale/Dexter Spartans
After soaring to 68 points the game before, the Udall Eagles were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 54-23 loss at the hands of Cedar Vale/Dexter. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Udall has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Udall still got an impressive performance from Jenson Harness, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Harness hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games.
Udall bumped their record down to 2-5 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Cedar Vale/Dexter, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Udall won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Argonia at 10:30 a.m. on January 13th. Hopefully Argonia focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Friday. As for Cedar Vale/Dexter, they will head out on the road to take on West Elk at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
