Basketball Recap: Bishop McCort Takes a Loss

Bishop McCort lost against Penn Cambria back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bishop McCort Crushers lost 81-56 to the Penn Cambria Panthers.

Penn Cambria's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brandon Rabish, who went 9-for-18 en route to 27 points. That's the most points Rabish has posted since back in December of 2024. Caden Gibbons was another key player, going 6-for-9 to rack up 17 points.

Bishop McCort's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Penn Cambria, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

Bishop McCort does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Penn Cambria, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 78-47 win against Somerset on the 11th.
