Volleyball Recap: Portage Indians vs. Valparaiso Vikings
Portage extended their losing streak to six on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 5-17 in the process. They fell 3-1 to the Valparaiso Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.
Kimari Beasley paced Portage's offense, picking up 16 kills. Beasley got some help from Walter Shumpert and his 27 assists.
