A Season-Best Performance from Jaden Duckett Leads Sprayberry over Creekview

Jaden Duckett produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Sprayberry to the win on Friday. Duckett rushed for 96 yards and four touchdowns, and also threw for 200 yards and a touchdown on only 16 passes.

If history really does repeat itself, Duckett might just drop another big game when he faces off against River Ridge on Friday. Duckett rushed for 120 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries the last time he and the Knights duked it out back in September of 2023.

Isaiah Payton Crosses Big Stat Threshold

On Friday, Woodstock got the W thanks in part to Isaiah Payton playing the best football he has all season. Payton rushed for 191 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (103.7). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run.

The win was the third in a row for Woodstock, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Payton's next match is against Sequoyah on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Sequoyah found a leader in Will Rajecki as the squad took down Lassiter on Friday. Rajecki did his part (and then some), rushing for 100 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, while also picking up 89 receiving yards for the 'W'.

For the year, Rajecki has averaged 42.7 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to nine.

Another Sequoyah player making an appearance on this list is Ean Marria. He threw for 26 yards and a touchdown.
