Football Recap: Seneca East Takes a Loss

Seneca East fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Northmor on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 27-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 27-23 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2021.

Seneca East's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Northmor, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Seneca East will host Monroeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northmor, they will venture away from home to challenge North Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
