DeWitt entered their tilt with Central on Friday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Central Cougars with a sharp 17-2 victory. Considering the Dragons have won three games by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

DeWitt's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Central, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

DeWitt wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 4-2 victory against Star City on the 17th. As for Central, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Central Cougars duke it out with Dumas Bobcats at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
