Basketball Game Preview: Wooddale Cardinals vs. Hamilton Wildcats

Wooddale and Hamilton are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wooddale Cardinals challenge the Hamilton Wildcats at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wooddale, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, everything went Wooddale's way against Kingsbury as Wooddale made off with a 60-35 win. The game marked the Cardinals' most dominant victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 55-48 to Westwood.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Wooddale, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Wooddale was able to grind out a solid victory over Hamilton when the teams last played last Tuesday, winning 68-57. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wooddale since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
