Clinton Prairie and Orleans squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Clinton Prairie had to settle for second. They fell 64-55 to the Bulldogs. The Gophers' defeat signaled the end of their 18-game winning streak.

Orleans' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alex DeWitt led the charge by shooting 71% from the field on his way to 24 points and seven rebounds. DeWitt is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last 16 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Bryce Jones, who went 6-for-8 en route to 17 points and five boards.

Clinton Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 26-3. As for Orleans, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-4 record this season.
