Softball Recap: Forest Hills Central Takes a Loss

Forest Hills Central was the 21-17 winner over Christian when they last played one another on Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Rangers lost 24-9 to the Eagles on Wednesday.

Peyton Robinson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Priya Mahair, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Forest Hills Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-3.

Coming up, Forest Hills Central will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Ottawa Hills at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Catholic Central at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
