Ava Johnson, Chaparral's leader in digs on the season, led the team again on Thursday. Johnson turned in nothing short of a gem, getting 17 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Coming up, Johnson and Chaparral will host Highlands Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Johnson's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Wolverines' nine-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Johnson and the Wolverines surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Tuesday's match.
