Football Recap: Shawnee Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Shawnee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 40-13 loss at the hands of the Benjamin Logan Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Braves of the 17-9 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Despite the loss, Shawnee had strong showings from Julian Dixon, who picked up 88 receiving yards and one score, and Derek Boehmer, who threw for 210 yards and one touchdown.

Shawnee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Benjamin Logan, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-5.

As of now, neither Shawnee nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
