Basketball Game Preview: Hobart Bearcats vs. Apache Warriors

The Hobart Bearcats will face off against the Apache Warriors at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Apache is hoping to do what Burns Flat-Dill City couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Hobart's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Hobart put the hurt on Burns Flat-Dill City with a sharp 65-43 victory.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Apache). They blew past Cement, posting an 88-34 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Apache's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Hobart, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Hobart came out on top in a nail-biter against Apache in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 54-51. Does Hobart have another victory up their sleeve, or will Apache turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
