Soccer Recap: Rock Hill Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Rock Hill after they claimed the first goal on Friday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell 3-1 to the Nation Ford Falcons. Rock Hill have struggled against Nation Ford recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Rock Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Nation Ford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rock Hill will head out to challenge Northwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rock Hill is facing Northwestern at the right time seeing as Northwestern is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Nation Ford, they will venture away from home to take on Catawba Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Catawba Ridge will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Nation Ford surely won't give up without a fight.
