While Shady Spring's win against Princeton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Shady Spring skirted past Princeton 10-9. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Shady Spring considering their one-run performance the game before.

The team relied heavily on Cutter Boggs, who went 2-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Aiden Calvert, who got on base in two of his five plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Shady Spring moved to 18-13-1 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Princeton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-25.
