Baseball Recap: Caldwell Comes Up Short

Caldwell was the 3-2 winner over Little River Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bumblebees on Monday. That's two games in a row now that the Hornets have lost by exactly four runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Caldwell and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, Caldwell will host New Waverly at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Little River Academy, they will challenge Holland at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
