Baseball Recap: Rocky Mount Academy Find Success

Rocky Mount Academy was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Wilson Christian Academy on Tuesday. The Eagles never let the Chargers get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won four in a row.

Deacon Stinson and Tripp Evans made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Stinson tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Evans tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four). At the plate, Stinson went 3-for-4 with three RBI, while Evans went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
