Starting off the list is Horizon Prep's Gavin Parker, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. His longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Horizon Prep was led to victory by Wyatt Garrabrants, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Garrabrants rushed for 83 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 117 receiving yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 65 yards.

On the season, Garrabrants has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 32.7 receiving yards per game.

Horizon Prep's probably not too fond of Urquidez given he always seems to get the better of them. When Urquidez last faced the Lions back in October of 2023, he rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.

Another Borrego Springs player making an appearance on this list is Christopher Alcaraz. He threw for 78 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

If the past is any indication, Alcaraz could be in store for another big game when he takes on Ocean View Christian on Friday. Alcaraz threw for 172 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries the last time he and the Patriots duked it out back in October of 2023.
