Dupo lost to Belleville West back in March of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Maroons 5-4.
Addison Thompson made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one double, and one RBI. That triple was her first of the season.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kylie Kloess, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2025.
