Volleyball Recap: Christian Life Triumphs

Christian Life lost to Varsity Opponent back in April, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Eagles won by a set and slipped past Varsity Opponent 2-1.

Morgan George paced Christian Life's offense, picking up ten kills. George got some help from Ivan Chaume Chaum and his 16 assists. Chaum was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Christian Life's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8.

Christian Life has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Freeport on the 12th. As for Varsity Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Blue Ridge Christian on the 9th.
