Basketball Recap: Holdrege Takes a Loss

Holdrege lost against Southern Valley back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Holdrege Dusters fell 51-44 to the Southern Valley Eagles. The Dusters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holdrege's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Southern Valley, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-2.

Holdrege wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-51 victory against Hershey on the 18th. Southern Valley has also already played their next match, a 46-42 defeat against Southwest on the 18th.
