Baseball Recap: Clearfield Victorious

Clearfield came out on top against Bishop Carroll on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run third inning. The Bison's pitcher stepped up to hand the Huskies a 10-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Bison, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Kam Kushner, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run. He has become a key player for Clearfield: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least three RBI, but 5-7 otherwise.
