After losing to Piedmont the last time they met, Eisenhower decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wildcats on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Eisenhower's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Piedmont, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-4.

Eisenhower and Piedmont will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Eagles see the pitch they'll take on Chickasha at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Piedmont, their break will end when they face Putnam City North at 8:00 p.m. on the 24th.
