There's no place like home for Noble, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Verdigris Cardinals on Saturday as Noble made off with a 7-2 win. Considering Noble have won five games by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Noble pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those four matchups. As for Verdigris, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Noble will challenge Elgin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Noble their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Verdigris, they are taking a road trip to challenge Mannford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Verdigris will be up against Mannford's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.4 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
