North Mecklenburg extended their postseason success on Friday against Watauga. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Watauga Pioneers 84-48. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Watauga's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cade Keller, who posted 11 points. Keller is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 53% in the last three games he's played. Maddox Greene was another key player, putting up nine points.

North Mecklenburg's victory was their 27th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42.7 points. As for Watauga, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-8.

As of now, neither North Mecklenburg nor Watauga have any future games scheduled.
