Lena-Winslow proved they can win big  on Thursday (they won by 15) and  on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Milledgeville Missiles  7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Panthers have posted  since April 15th.
 The team  relied heavily on  Aiden Wild, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with one  home run, three  runs,  and one  stolen base. That's the most  hits  he has posted since back in April.
Lena-Winslow is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7-1 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.7 runs over those games.
