San Angelo HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Plainview, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

San Angelo HomeSchool will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Buena Vista at 6:00 p.m. on September 23. As for Plainview, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Colorado on the 22nd.
