Softball Recap: Waco Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Waco's offense. They lost 16-0 to the Belton Tigers on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Waco's loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Belton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season.

Waco will face off against Ellison at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Belton, they will challenge Lake Belton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
