Baseball Game Preview: Postville Pirates vs. Kee Kee Hawks

Postville is 0-10 against Kee since June of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Pirates will host the Kee Hawks at 5:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Postville is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 26th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They lost 20-10 to North Fayette Valley. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Kee got the win against Turkey Valley on Monday by a conclusive 14-3. Considering the Kee Hawks have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Kee has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.1 runs over those games. As for Postville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
