Howell is 9-1 against Salem since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Howell Highlanders will face off against the Salem Rocks at 7:00 p.m. Salem took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Howell, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Howell beat Plymouth 48-42.

Meanwhile, Salem was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 60-54 to Canton. The Rocks have struggled against the Cobras recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Howell will have to contain Liam Reynolds as he made an impact in Salem's last game. He almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was Nye Turner, who posted seven points and five rebounds.

Salem now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Howell, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Howell took their victory against Salem in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 63-37. Does Howell have another victory up their sleeve, or will Salem turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
