Carver Montgomery waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Park Crossing Thunderbirds 71-55. This was a revenge game for the Wolverines: when they faced off against the Thunderbirds last Friday, they had to take a 47-44 defeat.

Carver Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Park Crossing, their loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-6.

Coming up, Carver Montgomery will square off against Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Park Crossing, they will take on Vestavia Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Thunderbirds will need to watch out since the Rebels have now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
