Basketball Recap: Logan-Magnolia's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

It was a proper cat-fight when Logan-Magnolia faced off against Treynor on Tuesday. The Logan-Magnolia Panthers lost 41-20 to the Treynor Cardinals. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Logan-Magnolia's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-7. As for Treynor, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Logan-Magnolia will take on Missouri Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Treynor, they will square off against Martensdale-St. Mary's at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Treynor is on a seven-game streak of home wins, Martensdale-St. Mary's a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
