Basketball Recap: Pennsylvania School For The Deaf Takes a Loss

Pennsylvania School For The Deaf lost against Lexington School for the Deaf back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Pennsylvania School For The Deaf took a hard 38-23 fall against the Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays.

Lexington School for the Deaf found their leader in sophomore Shawn Giles, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Giles has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Steven Fang was another key player, putting up ten points.

Pennsylvania School For The Deaf's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Pennsylvania School For The Deaf will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on New York School for the Deaf at 3:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Lexington School for the Deaf, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 32-19 defeat against American School for the Deaf on the 6th.
