Southwest had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They strolled past the Coral Park Rams with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 25-6. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

A big part of Southwest's victory came down to the chemistry between Pedro Cabrera and his top target Artavis West Jr. Cabrera threw for 162 yards and a pair of TDs while West Jr picked up 74 receiving yards and one score.

Southwest wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 52-14 loss against Miami Springs on the 28th. As for Coral Park, they have also already played their next game, a 29-8 win against Hialeah Gardens on the 28th.
