North Canyon is 6-1 against Shadow Mountain since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The North Canyon Rattlers will look to defend their home pitch against the Shadow Mountain Matadors at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for North Canyon and five for Shadow Mountain.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Canyon's offense. They came up short against Paradise Valley on Tuesday, falling 5-0.

Meanwhile, Shadow Mountain also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 5-0 to Thunderbird on Tuesday.

Shadow Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for North Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

North Canyon was able to grind out a solid victory over Shadow Mountain when the teams last played back in December of 2023, winning 6-4. Does North Canyon have another victory up their sleeve, or will Shadow Mountain turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
